She was introduced to real estate early and raised in a large family of domestic and international commercial developers. After graduating from Berkeley College, I worked in the fashion industry for eleven years. She began investing in residential and commercial properties in early 2000. She established a successful property management business managing over fifty-five units that advanced into commercial ownership. Providing white-glove service and exceeding expectations came naturally to Susana.

Her twenty-plus-year career in domestic and international real estate, combined with an eleven-year career in domestic and international business, provided her clients to confidently rely on her to guide them through their real estate decisions. She completed her desire to become an agent in 2021. She prides herself on making their journey seamless, positive, and memorable.

Susana believes in serving and inspiring the community. An ambassador volunteer, chairing fundraisers statewide, working with non-profit organizations to help advance the community and children, and volunteering with the New Jersey Blood Services.
